30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, products must be:

• Unused and unopened
• In their original packaging with all safety seals intact
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

For health and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned, unless they arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

30-Day Confidence Guarantee

First-time customers who experience a verified allergic reaction or receive a defective product may contact us within 30 days of delivery. After review, Bukady Dermaceuticals may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Refunds

After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

• Our shipping error
• A defective product
• A product damaged during shipping

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason, as required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
