Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship within the United States.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Free Standard Shipping is available on qualifying orders of $75 or more (before taxes and after discounts) within the continental United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

Bukady Dermaceuticals is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box.

If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

International Shipping

At this time, Bukady Dermaceuticals ships only within the United States.
